  1. hello, ask ko lang po, ung powersim ko s vmobile hindi pwedeng ma lodan ng unexpiry na 300 load. ang rply skin ng vmobile is either my # is invalid or in active.eh kaka purchase ko lng nito eh. tas isa pang querry ang nka state s sim is may 35free txt to all networks how come wala namn. pls i need ur help pra naman mkapag umpisa na akong mg benta ng load. thanks

  4. Hi. loader din po ako. pero niload ko sarili ko sa sun ko ng 150, nkareceive ako na naload na sya pero nung icheck ko balance ng sun ko wala nman ako load.

  7. Good Day!. bakit po may mga pagkakataon na nagloload ako sa client then may dumadating naman na confirmation saken at bumabawas sa balance ko. pro wala pading load na dumadating sa client?. at hnggng ngyn wala padn silang narrcv.

    we have a problem encountered here regarding on how to load pldt touch card landline phones because the format number of it is not like the ordinary ones... it looks like this: 63322697424. it didn't fit to our format... the ordinary smart retailer can load to this but ours can't...
    pls guide us on how to do it

  14. Hindi po kasi ako maka-pag.load kasi incorrect PIK dw po, at temporarily denied yung account ? ano pa ang dapat gawin ?

  15. hindi rin po ako makapag-load kasi incorrect PIK daw. tinatawagan ko po ung customer service hotline number na 311-3000 pero laging call ended. paki-aksyunan naman po yung problema. salamat

    With all due respect,

    Sana naman po mapansin niyo po yung problem namin regarding sa INCORRECT PIK ... eh hindi po kami makapag-LOAD ... Pending po ang Business.. at Malaki pa po yung LOAD BALANCE namin.. So Please po sana ma.aksyonan naman..Simula March 11 pa ako hindi nakapag-load, Wala namang pwede maka-usap tungkol dito, Account po to nung Boss ko... MEMBER po siya dito hindi lang siya TECHNO USER , kaya Please po bigyan niyo nang pansin.. Wala kasing pwedeng maka.usap sa Customer Service ninyo. Yung Text Care Service niyo naman walang reply man lang. Ano po ang gagawin namin dito? 1,262.22 pa po ang LOAD BALANCE namin. So again inuulit ko sana ma.Aksyonan naman po ito. Maraming Salamat
