Hi!. I am Ma. Casandra Tombado, a vmobile technopreneur. My celfone number is 639465774575. I have deposited Php500.00 on vmobile's BPI account yesterday February 18,2013 around 3:31 in the afternoon and sent a reload request online. But up to this moment, I have not receive my load,then i send my complain to support center system but i havn't received my ticket number & any confirmation to my email. Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible.Thank you.
sir/mam pano po yong nag deposit po ako sa accnt. nyo from bdo. fairview branch 500 po dipo wala papong transaction na pumapasok sakin ano ang dapat ko pong gawin
